What you will need to enter your Quilts:
- Description of your Quilt
- Size of your Quilt (Width and Length)
- Who made and who quilted your Quilt (if a Group, Group Name and Names of Makers/Quilters)
- Determine the best Category for your Quilt
- Photos of each of your Quilts (one overall, one closeup) Make sure your photos are no larger than 20MB each.
Size Matters!
The maximum size allowable on our website is 20MB (per photo) and less than 400KB is too small. Aim for 800KB- 5.0MB.
Reducing Photos
If you are using your cell phone camera, and it has a high-quality resolution, you may need to email it to yourself, select the medium or large size option (not actual size), and then save this smaller version for use in your upload. This is also a good way to determine what size it is as this process tells you the actual size. Microsoft Photos also has an easy-to-use “compress” feature in Picture Manager.
