When you sign up for our mailing list, purchase a Raffle Ticket, or Admission Tickets to Georgia Celebrates Quilts® we ask you for information such as name, postal address, telephone number, and email address. By submitting this information via our website, you consent to the use of this information as listed below.
If you signed up for our mailing list, the e-mail address provided will be used to send updates and news about the Georgia Celebrates Quilts® show. You may choose to unsubscribe from these emails at any time.
When purchasing Raffle Tickets or Admission Tickets your e-mail address will be used to send confirmations of these purchases. Should you win a raffle, your telephone number and/or e-mail address may be used to contact you.
Your phone number is only used to contact you if we have a problem with your purchase of tickets or if you win a raffle. Your phone number is not shared with anyone outside of the administrators of the East Cobb Quilters’ Guild.
Your postal address is only used when processing payment for purchases of Raffle Quilt and Admission Tickets and is only shared with our payment processor.
“Cookies” We use cookies to evaluate our website and determine traffic patterns. You can refuse cookies by turning them off in your browser. Please note that you do not need to have cookies turned on to use our website.

When you are purchasing a Raffle Ticket or an Admission Ticket on our Site, your payment is processed only by a third-party payment processor that specializes in secure online payment processing. The payment processor keeps your payment information confidential, and we only receive a “token” to confirm your payment was completed.

Further, while we attempt to ensure the integrity and security of Personal Information, we cannot guarantee that our security measures will prevent third parties such as hackers from illegally obtaining access to Personal Information. We do not represent or warrant that Personal Information about you will be protected against loss, misuse, or alteration by third parties.
